ONLY PROFESSIONAL operators are allowed to access the event. On Saturday 16th the event is also open to BEER LOVERS AND TASTERS.


Visitor regulations

Rules and regulation for Beer Attraction 2019:

1. Beer Attraction is open to trade members on all four days: from Saturday 16th to Tuesday 19th February 2019.
2. Saturday 16th February also address a public of beer lovers, foodies and gourmet lovers.
3. The expo’s opening hours are:
  • Saturday 16th, Sunday 17th and Monday 18th February from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm
  • Tuesday 19th February: from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

It is possible to purchase tickets and enter the expo up to 1 hour before closing time (up until 5.30 pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and up until 4.00 pm on Tuesday).

4. The admission packages that can be purchased are:
  • 1-DAY PACKAGE 32€ (advance sales via Web €27 until Friday 15th February). This package includes: 1 entrance ticket, 4 tokens for use at the event, 1 10cl glass and 1 custom Beer Attraction glass holder.
     
5. The beer tasting labs, beer dispensing trainings and advanced trainings can be purchased individually at the following rates:
  • Tasting lab €22 (advance sales via Web at €18 until Friday 15th February);
  • Beer dispensing training €17 (advance sales via Web at €12 until Friday 15th February).
  • Advanced training €37 (advance sales via Web at €32 until Friday 15th February).
     
6. Visitors can taste beers on exhibitors’ stands using the 10cl glass included in the kit for admission to the expo. For each tasting, exhibitors can request from 1 to a maximum of 3 tokens. Exhibitors will indicate the types of beer available for tasting along with the corresponding number of tokens.
 
7. Inside the expo halls, visitors will be able to purchase:
  • Packages of 5 tokens at a cost of €10 each;
  • 10cl glasses at a cost of €5 each.

In the event of glasses being lost or broken, they will not be replaced, but can be re-purchased.

8. Admission and drinking of products is only allowed by visitors of over 18 years of age. An ID card or similar document will be requested when purchasing tokens.
 
9. It is possible to purchase items on stands (food or bottles), but their contents cannot be drunk on the expo premises.

10. Admission of animals to the expo is prohibited.
 
11. Italian Exhibition Group reserves the right to forbid admission to any visitors not respecting these rules and regulations, or have them accompanied to the exit.

12. It is prohibited to carry out publicity in the indoor/outdoor areas of the expo centre by means of billposting and/or distribution of brochures or other material, unless officially authorized by Italian Exhibition Group.

Ticket cost

The full-price admission ticket costs € 32 (advance sales via Web €27 until Friday 15th February) for those without an invitation or reduced-price ticket.

The Package 1 Admission includes:

  • 1 Admission
  • 4 Tokens
  • 1 Glass 10 cl and 1 glass holder Beer Attraction branded.

 The tokens allow to taste the beers on exhibitor’s both.
Each exhibitor can require for Each tasting (1 Glass 10 cl.) from 1 till a maximum of 3 tokens.
