Mixology Circus, now in its second edition, sprang from the desire to promote the art of mixing par excellence, because cocktails must be tasted: the palate becomes key to capturing the sensations, emotions and memories they trigger.

A unique opportunity to meet the best Italian and international bartenders who bring their mixing style to Rimini and share their experience, knowledge and the love they put into each glass to intoxicate our senses.

Mixology Circus is a 100% Beer&Food Attraction project, organised in partnership with Samuele Ambrosi, cocktail bar developer, mixologist, official AIBES trainer, world champion and a leading expert in gin.

SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

After the great success of the last edition, the Mixology Circus returns with significant innovations in 2024, starting with the format.

Alongside Italian establishments, two international cocktail bars will also be involved.
A total of ten bars will be present on a rotating basis over the three days of the show.

Every day, Mixology Circus will stage the best of the art of mixing, with a rich and varied programme on each of the three days, and with unique ideas that make the event exclusive.

In addition, over the 3 days of the show, the area will play host to high-level masterclasses by experts in the sector. It is essential to keep up with the times and the changing key players: the customer is no longer the sole focus, there is also the cocktail, not only for its final taste, but above all for its preparation, which becomes a spectacle and one that should be showcased.
