Rimini, 12th February 2024 . Food & Beverage distributors in the Ho.re.ca. sector will be gathering at the 13th edition of the International Horeca Meeting (Rimini Expo Centre, 18th . 20th February) organised by Italgrob - Italian Federation of Horeca Distributors, with the involvement of the main associations - Assobirra, Mineracqua, Assobibe and research institutes - Circana, Censis, ISTAT, Tradelab and Formind.

The International Horeca Meeting - which will be held in conjunction with Italian Exhibition Group´s Beer&Food Attraction, the event dedicated to the world of eating out - is the place where the entire beverage supply chain gathers and where beverages play a leading role in the distributors´ and eating-out venues´ meeting, favouring the creation of new business opportunities. The keywords at this year´s IHM will be sustainability and artificial intelligence, which, thanks to market data sharing and forecasts, go hand in hand with the now established objective of interpreting the future of the sector and forecasting the opportunities to be seized, with a special focus on training activities.

The main event will be the Horeca Congress, scheduled this year for Monday 19th February from 11 am to 1 pm in the Neri Room, entitled ´Consumption and scenarios in a changing Italy´. The congress will also provide previews of the new report drawn up by Censis in collaboration with the Italgrob Federation and Beverage producers´ associations.
The International Horeca Meeting 2024 will address the ongoing change in consumer styles and habits as well as the phenomenon of low alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, which are increasingly popular among Millennials and Generation Z. The IHM stage will also feature exemplary and winning case histories from the Horeca world, while the Beverage industry´s top managers will be key players in discussions with organisations and associations on current issues concerning consumption prospects, distribution and the future.
