Rimini, 12th February 2024 . The world of eating out will be gathering at Rimini Expo Centre with a layout specifically designed by Italian Exhibition Group to bring all the supply chains together. In fact, for Beer&Food Attraction and BBTEch Expo (Rimini Expo Centre, 18th . 20th February), a layout divided into five macro-areas has been devised to make the visit route, the encounter between supply and demand and networking dynamics between exhibitors and trade visitors easier.

Access to the exhibition will be from both the west and south entrances.
For those entering from the west entrance, the visit will begin in the BBTech Expo wing with processing and filling technologies, raw materials, packaging, equipment and services for beer and beverages.

Continuing towards Hall A7C7, will lead to the Innovation District, the Beer&Food Attraction and BBTech Expo´s new entry for 2024, a veritable district that will group together all the entrepreneurial realities that constantly invest in Research & Development and contribute to the continuous progress of the Food & Beverage sector. A Start-Up Area will also be featured here with 15 young companies in attendance.

The Beer&Tech Arena will also be located in Hall A7C7, the area where beers and technologies meet to stage training meetings and talks in collaboration with universities, consortia and sector associations.

5 halls will be dedicated to beers (A7, A6, A5 C5 and C4), the beating heart of the event, where a complete range of craft, special and mainstream beers will be represented.

Those entering via the south entrance will immediately find themselves in the Beverage & Spirits sector occupying Halls C1, C2 and C3. This section hosts the beverage supply chain - from mineral water to fruit juices, from energy drinks to spirits, from distilled products to traditional liqueurs. Here the professional and specialised public will be able to discover the latest products, new consumption proposals and venue formats. The Mixology Arena, an area dedicated to the art of mixing cocktails, will be located in Hall C1.

Italgrob´s International Horeca Meeting will take place in Hall C3. Here analysts, market experts, together with the heads of the main trade associations in the beverage sector will meet in the Horeca Arena to take stock of trends and developments in the world of eating out with all the companies on show and the professional public.

Halls A1 to A4 will house the Food area, the section that combines food specialities with the beverage world. The FIC Arena (A3), the stage for all the Federation of Italian Chefs´ events and competitions in the Italian Cookery Championships, and the Pizza Arena (A1) hosting the Pizza Senza Frontiere - World Pizza Champion Games competition organised by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine in collaboration with Italian Exhibition Group, will also be located in this area. The Food Court, the agora of commercial catering and the result of an initiative born from the collaboration between IEG and Confimprese, will be in Hall A6.
